Which part of the Philippines has the best night life to offer someone who is into Girls and Hip Hop?

I’m 25 years old and I want to plot a trip to the Philippines. I’m into girls and Hip Hop. I’m not much of a bar hopper but if it’s got a good Hip Hop vibe I’m there. I really want to know if anyone can give me some insight on where I should go in the Philippines for this style disco, bar, and even lounge. Any information would be most appreciated on this matter.
